Derek A Candelore is a medical sales professional with a graduate degree in Science/Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. With over 15 years of experience in his profession, he has best presentation skills and ability to drive revenue and market share. With his professional knowledge, he has acclaimed 171% above quota in Medical Sales and Consulting. At several times, he was promoted for his performance and holds second rank among 180 Reps company wide. With his serious efforts, he has achieved over 250 new patients within one group practice. In addition, he was felicitated with the Presidents Club award in 2008-2012.

At present he is serving Medlogic Consultants as the Regional Sales Manager. Here he is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of sales/ territory development and large accounts for Transdermal Compound Pain Creams. For his excellent performance, he was promoted to train and manage 7 account representatives while posting a record year in revenue generation. With his serious efforts, he managed multiple large accounts and increased the revenue from $80k to $2.1 million during his first year in the company.

Prior to Medlogic Consultants, Derek Candelore served Beltone as Territory Manager from 2004-2010. In this company, he was responsible for selling post auricular hearing aids to Otolaryngologists, Audiologists and licensed hearing aid specialists. He planned and spoke at consumer seminars and Industry conventions. He also trained Audiologists on proper physical fitting of the product. For his serious efforts, he was promoted from Sales Executive to Territory Manager within a year.

From 2000-2004, he was the owner and Manager of Apex Fitness Center, a local health club. With a team of 12 professionals, he marketed and sold memberships, created promotional marketing campaigns, managed budget, inventory, held monthly budget and accountability meetings. With his serious efforts, he increased sales by 500% and brought the company to the forefront of the Fitness Industry.
